The Keychron C2 Pro applies the same accessible QMK/VIA approach as the C1 Pro to a full-size layout. The dedicated number pad makes it more useful for finance, data entry, spreadsheets, and applications with numeric shortcuts. In return, it occupies considerably more desk width and pushes the mouse farther outward, which can be uncomfortable on shallow desks or for low-sensitivity gaming.
This is primarily a wired desktop keyboard. The cable provides a predictable connection with no battery or pairing concerns, and QMK/VIA enables extensive remapping, layers, and macros. Buyers should pay close attention to the complete SKU, as switch type, hot-swap support, backlighting, keycaps, and regional layout may vary. A retailer page that groups several versions can make a cheaper configuration look equivalent to a better-equipped one.
The conventional mechanical height may call for a wrist rest, especially for users moving from a laptop keyboard.
