An AHAM-verified figure puts it alongside Coway and Levoit towers on equal terms, and the rinseable pre-filter is the right answer for pet homes. Dreo calls the main layer high-efficiency, names no grade, and lists a six-month interval that looks short for a tower of this size.
Dreo rates both cylinders at 18 dB at the bottom of their range, about as quiet as the category gets, so either can run through the night beside a bed.
Between them, the 530S reads as the newer thinking, with a lamp aimed at children's rooms. The 338S has an aroma pad slot that is harmless and pointless in equal measure. In a bedroom neither cleans better than the other, and the lamp is the one thing you will notice every evening.
