eufy Auto-Empty C10: Specs, Features, Pros & Cons
eufy put the dock in the name. The Auto-Empty C10 tips its bin into the base after each run, which takes the most frequent chore off the list, and it does so in a shell only 72 mm tall, lower than most robots in the category and low enough for the gap under many beds and sofas.
The robot inside that shell covers the basics of a modern vacuum. It maps the floor, avoids obstacles, cleans room by room, respects no-go zones drawn in the app and notices when it rolls onto carpet. Navigation uses LiDAR, which keeps the route tidy in a dark room as well as a bright one. The app handles scheduling and room choice. It does not mop, and eufy lists no HEPA filter.
The slim body sets the limits on the rest. The battery is a small 2,600 mAh, and one charge runs shorter than most rivals manage. Suction is far below the flagships around it, enough for hard floors and a light rug. The robot keeps a single map as well, so it knows one floor of the house at a time.
That combination suits a single-story home with low furniture and mostly hard floors, where the dust gathers under the bed and the sideboard and nobody wants to crawl after it. A heavily carpeted home, or one with a dog that sheds, calls for more suction than this robot has. So does a house with stairs, where a robot that holds several maps saves the chore of teaching the second floor again. The C10 stays a simple machine, and its two selling points are the ones in its name and its height.

How this VS Score was computed
Score 23: each known spec is measured against the median of all robot vacuums (58 products), then weighted; 50 means level with that median. In classes of six or more, a value beyond the class’s 10th–90th percentile range counts as that limit, so one extreme product cannot set the scale. 27% of the scoreable weight could be used; unknown values, features not applicable to this class and proxies (battery capacity where a rated life exists) add or remove nothing.
| Specification | This product | Cohort median | Score weight | Points moved |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Suction power | 4,000 — capped at the class’s lower range (7,000) | 19,750 | 1.2 | −38.4 |
| Mopping | No | 79% of the class have it | 0.6 | −28.8 |
| HEPA filter | No | 29% of the class have it | 0.4 | −19.2 |
| Runtime | 120 | 194 | 0.8 | −15.2 |
| Multi-floor maps | 1 | 4 | 0.4 | −14.8 |
| Battery capacity | 2,600 — capped at the class’s lower range (4,000) | 5,200 | 0.5 | −6.0 |

Editor’s note
The Auto-Empty C10 is an unusually low robot vacuum, and for a lot of homes its height is the reason to choose it.
Most robot vacuums stand just above the clearance under a great many sofas, beds and cabinets, the exact places dust accumulates and a human vacuum rarely reaches. This one gets under furniture the others are stopped by, so it also cleans the floor you cannot see.
The rest is sound mid-range: LiDAR navigation with obstacle avoidance, mapping, room-by-room cleaning, no-go zones, a self-emptying dock and 120 minutes of runtime.
Two limits are worth knowing. Suction is 4,000 Pa, which is modest: fine for hard floors and light carpet, too weak for deep rugs or heavy pet hair. And it stores a single floor map, so a two-story home means re-mapping every time you carry it upstairs. Machines that hold several maps handle that automatically.
There is no HEPA filter listed, and it does not mop.
Buy it if your furniture sits low and getting underneath is the point, in a single-story home with mostly hard floors. Stairs point to a multi-map machine, and carpet to a higher-suction one.

The bottom line
The eufy Auto-Empty C10 earns a VS Score of 23 on the 27% of specifications we could compare like for like — an indication, not a ranking.
- Who it’s for
- Single-level homes with low sofas, beds and cabinets, where the dust you cannot see is the dust you want gone.
- Who should look elsewhere
- Deep rugs, pet hair, a second floor or a wish for mopping all point to another robot.
- The trade-off that matters
- Weak suction is the cost of the slim body. Hard floors and light carpet come out fine, while anything with pile or embedded hair gets a light going-over.
- The main alternative
- iRobot Roomba Plus 415: a slightly taller body that adds mopping and several saved floor maps
